We had a fantastic stay at Presa Di Goa - Smith And Appy Managed! the staff went above and beyond to make our family get-together memorable. They were incredibly friendly and genuine, always willing to help. the rooms were spacious, tastefully furnished, and had a lovely Portuguese feel to them. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the garden. the pool, although not huge, was clean and refreshing. the entire place was well-kept, and being situated in a real Goan village added to its charm. We also loved the delicious breakfast each morning. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We enjoyed a wonderful 8-day stay at Presa di Goa. The hotel is simply enchanting and the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the bread with banana and mango jam. We loved the location of the hotel, as it was only 10 minutes away from Calangute Beach and the rides to other beaches were unforgettable. we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Presa di Goa again.

This resort is situated in a rather peaceful area outside the bustling tourist strip in Goa, providing a great escape from the hustle and bustle. the rooms are spacious, well-furnished and comfortable, with attached balconies that offer great views of the pool and lush surroundings. the friendly and professional staff provides excellent room service throughout your stay, making sure you are never in need of anything. They even offer a complimentary breakfast, which is as good as any 5-star hotel/resort. You can choose from a variety of dishes from their global cuisine menu.

We loved the hotel's location in a peaceful area, with easy access to the beautiful beaches nearby. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The perfect romantic escape! The lush green gardens were a paradise. We loved lounging by the pool, sipping on cocktails and enjoying the delicious food. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond. The complimentary shuttle bus to nearby beaches was a great perk too! We stayed in a luxuriously furnished suite with a stunning balcony view. It was the perfect location for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

The breakfast menu was limited, and the timing of the pre-ordering was inconvenient. , there was no minibar, and room service was only available until 10 pm.

Had a lovely Christmas at a charming retreat in North Goa. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the gardens were beautiful with many palm trees and some playful monkeys. the location was ideal; only a short distance from the popular beaches and great restaurants. the restaurant in the hotel was top-rate with a variety of quality food to choose from.

The water in the bathroom had a slight odor, which was not very pleasant. the wi-fi connection was unreliable and made it difficult to stay connected when needed.

Beautiful Portuguese-style property in a green and peaceful location. Friendly and welcoming staff and owners. Delicious breakfast and dinner options, especially the fish. A great place to escape the rush and relax. Excellent amenities including a pool and lovely garden.

Great hospitality at all times. the hotel had its own complimentary car service which made the location accessible to the local area. Attentive staff always on hand to help. Beautiful garden area with pool - Pool was excellent with good poolside service. House restaurant served excellent food at all times. Traditional furnishings were evident throughout the hotel and everything was kept in good order. Fantastic place to relax - would recommend to others.

There was nothing to dislike as the staff clearly cared about their guests.
